We are pleased to announce the publication of Sefer YaVikro with The Peirush of Rav Hirsch by Feldheim Publishers. This complements the previously published Sefer Bereishis and Shemos in the new edition of the "Hirsch Chumash" in Loshon Hakodesh, understandable for those in Eretz Yisroel as well as in Chutz L'Aretz and fills the need of those who prefer learning in Hebrew. Rabbi Shmuel Glombus is the translator, Rabbi Yimiyahu Kaganoff is the editor and Rabbi Avishai Shotland is the Hebrew language redactor - all of Jerusalem.

Please note: Those who want to have the Vayikro Chumash before we lein Vayikra (3/8/14) need to have the order in to the office by this coming Tuesday (2/18).

The sefer will be available in Israel after March 2 in all Yefe Nof-Feldheim bookstores.

Rav Posen has published a new sefer, Kitzur Hilchos Yom Tov. The new sefer is available for purchase at the Kehilla office, in the Beis Medrash, and at fine seforim stores. We are pleased to announce the publication by Feldheim Publishers of

 מחזור ליום כפור
 עם תרגום ופירוש על הפיוטים
Piyutim for Yom Kippur – Translation and Commentary by

Rav Dr. Joseph Breuer

This volume is an English translation of Rav Breuer’s Die Piutim des Machzors für Jomkippur, printed in Frankfurt in 1928. The machzor follows the Heidenheim edition of the Minhag Ashkenaz Machzor, which is used by our Kehilla. Rav Breuer’s profound and inspiring translation and commentary is in a clear, modern English. For ease of use, the volume contains the entire text of the Yom Kippur machzor; the translation and commentary are limited to the Piyutim.

An index to the corresponding Piyutim is provided for those who follow Nusach Ashkenaz (non-German Ashkenaz) for ease of study.

Study of the new machzor is sure to enhance one’s tefilla on Yom Kippur.
This volume is available for $25. Please remit your check payable to K’hal Adath Jeshurun. Delivery will be
after August 30.
